Val Gardena is also home to some of the best ski races in the world, including the legendary Saslong Classic, which has been held every year since 1963. The resort also hosted the women’s Alpine World Ski Championship in 2005. Val Gardena is also a great place for snowboarders, with a variety of terrain parks, half-pipes and snow parks.
